2.2 Opaque armor- Five-sided Armoring of personnel compartment to provide protection against 7.62 x 51 NATO Ball ammunition according to EN1522/1523 Level B6. - Floor armor is designed to protect the occupants against the simultaneous detonation of 2 x DM51 hand grenades. - Fuel tanks are protected against the simultaneous detonation of 2 x DM51 hand grenades. - Radiator grill is protected against 7.62 x 51 NATO Ball ammunition according to EN 1522/23 Level B6. - Armor consists of all-welded ballistic grade steel construction. - Opaque armor has been designed and manufactured in such a way as to ensure that a projectile following a linear or angled path shall not enter the vehicle’s interior without contacting the armor material. 2.3 Transparent armor- Transparent armor has been built to protect against 7.62 x 51 NATO Ball ammunition according to EN1063 Level B6. - Transparent armor has been designed and manufactured in such a way as to ensure that a projectile following a linear or angled path shall not enter the vehicle’s interior without contacting the armor material. 2.4 Blast protection - The vehicle is designed to protect its occupants from simultaneous detonation of 2 x DM51 NATO grenades and small antipersonnel explosive devices detonated under the vehicle.
