Method
of Design:
The armouring system is integrated after the production process
of the base vehicle without changing it´s exterior appearance.
The safety cell including the rear luggage area is designed in
such a way that all gaps between the main body of the car and
the doors are overlapped to prevent projectiles or splinters
from entering the passenger compartment.
Ballistic Specifications:
There is no international standard for ballistic levels that is
accepted by all NATO member countries. We therefore base our
“NATO-Class” level of protection on the DIN EN 1522 and DIN EN
1523, prEN 1999 VR6 test procedures which are also known as B6
or BR6 for transparent areas and B6 or FB6 for opaque areas.
Under the same conditions we have tested both Kalashnikov rifles
with their respective ammunitions.
Opaque Areas:
All opaque areas including the roof are protected against the
following and all lesser weapons/ammunitions at 90° impact angle
in accordance with the above specifications.

Transparent Areas:
All transparent areas are multi-layer and polycarbonate coated
to protect against the following and all lesser weapons/ammunitions
at 90° impact angle in accordance with the above specifications.

Floor:
The floor of the vehicle is designed to defeat the following

Test Reports/Product Liability:
All materials used in the production of the cabin were
successfully tested against projectiles and explosives by
independent authorities. Test reports can be presented upon
request or during a factory visit. The armouring of the vehicle
provides protection against a wide range of projectiles and
explosives. However, complete protection is not possible for
reasons of design and modern military weapon technology.

Suspension and braking system:
To guarantee reliability and road safety, the entire suspension
system is reinforced. Shock absorbers and springs are replaced
with heavy-duty components and the braking system is adapted to
the higher weight of the vehicle. Tires and rims have been
approved for the higher weight by their manufacturers. All
modifications are carried out in compliance with German Type
Approval regulations.

Included Security Equipment:
Anti theft and central door locking system
The vehicle is fitted with a remotely controlled anti-theft
system with engine immobilizer and acoustic alarm. All five
doors are centrally lockable by remote control.
Dark tinted security glass
The rear door windows, the rear side windows and the rear screen
are tinted dark grey during the manufacture of the security
glass. The front door windows are tinted light grey with a
higher outside/inside visibility.
Gun ports: Several gun ports –not visible from the outside-
ensure self defence ability.
Protected fuel tank: The fuel tank is filled with a foam polymer
to protect it against the effects of projectiles or hand
grenades being detonated under the vehicle.
Run-flat system: All five tires are fitted with run-flat
properties for controlled driving after puncture or blow out
allowing to continue driving for 30 km @ 50km/h.
Window lifter, 1-fold: The driver’s side door is fitted with an
electric window lifter. The window can be lowered by
approximately 250mm to serve as a document-pass-through.

Warranty and After Sales
Service:
The entire vehicle carries a six months warranty on all
components, not including lubricants and parts which are subject
to normal wear and tear.
In the event of a problem occurring that can not be resolved by
the local technicians, a member of the factory service team will
be available to assist or travel to the location of the vehicle
to carry out the repair.
Services under the warranty will be provided free of charge to
the customer upon immediate written notification by either the
customer or the authorised dealer. It is left to the factory
discretion to replace or repair parts that have become unusable
as a result of proven defects in design, material or
workmanship. Replaced parts become factory's property.
Service Contract:
We encourage the customers to enter a long-term service
agreement and to have the vehicle maintained by factory trained
staff on a regular basis to make sure that all of it´s vital
components are continuously inspected and if necessary replaced.
Damages or failure resulting from undetected smaller problems
can be avoided and the life-cycle of the car extended.
Spare Parts:
We recommend that a package with standard spare parts is ordered
with the vehicle to save time and money when they are needed.
