Can operate anywhere on helipads 20mX20m , with a parking area of 11.5mX11.5m , in temperatures -35°C to +45°C. Inspection every 50hours and scheduled maintenance every 100/200 & 400hours. Calendar service life is 25 years with helicopter life of 5000hours. Engine life is 2500 hours and components 3000hours. Depending on fuel prices, operating costs are under $200/hour.
Mi-34C can be assembled from any heavy lift cargo aircraft (AN12-IL76- AN124) ready for flight in 20 minutes . |
