I have attached here 2 units we are producing now.

There is one unit that will suite a family and a also smaller unit. This smaller unit will also sport a skilion roof with top windows.

TWO of the smaller units fit into a 40’hc container ! The larger unit will fit into 1x40’hc container.

The assembly procedure is very straight forward. Your footings should be ready by the time the container arrives.

For the larger unit:  
 

1.       Remove both sections from the container and line up using the locating pins. Bolt the unit together (6 bolts total)
 

2.       Roll out the Bathroom and bedroom\study PODS and bolt into place.
 

3.       Remove roof from the container - Using a forklift or small crane, lower the roof down onto the unit and bolt into place. (Roof is folded and is unfolded as it is lowered)
 

4.       Raise the verandah roof and lower the decking. Insert timber posts and bolt in.
 

5.       Roll out the kitchen and bedroom\living room PODs and secure.
 

6.       Remove timber balustrade and stairs from inside the cabin and secure to timber posts.
 

7.       Hook up electricity, water in and waste water out.
