Dry Lease (Aircraft & Maintenance ) agreement - based on leasing the aircraft with a special Maintenance scheme.

This has been a great success in the past few years.

For example, there are a number of  B757´s and B767´s on such programs with Yakutia Airline Company, Air Niugini  and Santa Barbara Airlines in Venezuela to name a few. This can be very beneficial for smaller carriers as with this type of contract, the Lessee outsources all of the maintenance risk normally intrinsic in a Dry Lease contract, as we oversee all maintenance.

With this program the client has a fixed foreseen maintenance cost, as the lessor covers all maintenance related cost.

For example if there is a loss of an engine, then we take care of that unforeseen cost, but as you may know such costs can be enormous for smaller carriers.

Please also note our program is quite special and not quite comparable, that all the C checks, A checks, all the spare parts, Limited Life Parts, airframe, engines, engine planning and etc are included. So you are not comparing the same things as a regular dry lease . Also these aircraft is younger.

What is included in the package is:-

i) All maintenance reserves
  a) Airframe
  b) LLP´s
  c) APU
  d) Landing gear
  e) Engine refurbishment

ii) All maintenance checks
