82 mm mortar guns are used for supporting the infantry and as such is intended to neutralize and destroy the enemy live force and fire funds enemies (detected in shelters), make smoke screens, glare and fire lookout points; illuminate the battlefield and for making a passage in a wired obstacles (rarely ).
