The Pratt & Whitney FT4 Gas Turbines – 52MW each at 50hz and designed to run on LFO, natural gas or distillate.  These units are ready for immediate delivery and installation.  Additionally, Seller can provide installation and transformers if needed.

 

 

The Pratt and Whitney POWERPAC  series gas turbine generators are designed and stocked for fast delivery, installation and commissioning.

The FT4 units are sub-skid mounted and designed for rapid deployment and installation.  The FT4’s have Dual Fuel and Duel Frequency capabilities

Exclusions

The Contractor does not accept any responsibility for items which are outside its above scope of supply. Where design of the installation is to be provided by the purchaser The Contractor requests the opportunity to see the general arrangement. It is particularly important for safe and proper operation to ensure that any extra ductwork is compatible with the gas turbine.


The following items are specifically
excluded from this offer:

 

Strictly all Equipment other than that detailed above (Scope of Supply)

Skilled and unskilled manpower for the installation and commissioning of the generator set

Tractor unit (s)

Civil engineering design of any kind.

Building and civil works.

Site facilities.

Drains and/or vent piping from the gas turbine package to a remote point.

Lubricating oil

Lubricating oil measuring equipment other than that defined in the scope of supply.

Additional lubricating oil breather ducting other than that offered in the scope of supply.

Fuel storage and treatment.

Fuel for the gas turbine.

Fuel supply pipework beyond The Contractors scope of supply.

Propane gas bottle and regulator (for starting)

Off skid Gas fuel block and vent valve assembly

Vibration monitoring equipment other than that offered in the scope of supply

Support hangers for any extra ducting, silencing and pipe-work.

All inlet, exhaust and ventilation ducting other than included in the scope of supply.

Site earthing.

Lightning protection.

Power and load management system other than that offered in the scope of supply.

Power systems study.

Cable trays, cleats and ducts for HV and LV cabling, cabling other than that offered in the scope of supply.

Switchgear, and associated protection other than that offered in the scope of supply.

Sensing and metering voltage transformers other than that offered in the scope of supply.

VT for sensing beyond scope of supply (In the case of close coupled transformer, this will be available at extra cost)

Machine power transformers, and associated protection other than that offered in the scope of supply.

Differential current transformers for close coupled transformers other than that offered in the scope of supply. Grid failure detection equipment. (Client should provide a proprietary loss of grid relay such as ”rate of change of frequency”. ROCOF)

 Compressed air supply and off-skid pipework other than that offered in the scope of supply. Acoustic equipment other than that offered in the scope of supply.

External lagging of engine.

Gas fuel demister other than that offered in the scope of supply.

Off-skid electrical cabling, and design of off-skid cable routing.

Off-skid cable tray, and design of off-skid cable tray routing.

Installation of off-skid cabling, cable tray, and design.

Terms and conditions

The Buyer will accept responsibility for items or aspects of equipment which are outside the Scope of Supply defined above.  The following items are excluded from this proposal, unless  discussed and shall be offered as an options if needed.

 

•All fuel supplies
•Water supply and treatment
•Demolition and/or removal of any existing equipment, structures and concrete.
•Fiscal metering
•Operating and strategic spares, but can be provided at additional cost.
•Taxes & Fees

•Positive Material Identification (PMI) requirements and Third Party Certification.

•Any and all permits or special clearances required by any government agency. This includes air pollution permits as well as Local building permits, construction permits, etc.

•The Equipment is produced to internationally recognized codes and standards.

If the location of the delivered Equipment is subject to any special or local codes, which are in conflict with these international standards, then Customer shall obtain waivers from the relevant authorities to permit the use of the Equipment as supplied. Where such waiver cannot be obtained and it is practicable to modify the Equipment to achieve compliance, the contractor shall be granted the appropriate extension of time and variation in price, in order to execute the modifications.

Cancellation Schedule

 

The Purchaser may cancel an order only after written notice and payment to the Seller of reasonable cancellation charges. These charges will be based on the following schedule, unless a separate written agreement is made with Seller .

Time frame is from PO/Letter of Intent date.

Warranty

Warranty shall apply for a period of 12 months from date of Startup provided that Seller and/or its agent have full authority over civil works, geology, installation ,startup and commissioning .   Access to  gas turbine fuel supply and natural gas conditioning if needed is also a condition of the equipment warranty.

 

Training:

Our prices includes training – inspection of (8) Eight persons for two weeks for the purpose of inspections witness, and training on installation operation and maintenance of the oeffered units. In addition to that and throughout project site work progress, on-site intensive training for engineers and technicians regarding installation, commissioning start up will be provided.

Force Mejeure:

Seller and its affiliates in the USA shall not be liable for loss, damage, detention, or delay, nor be deemed to be in default from causes beyond its reasonable control or from fire, strike or other concerted action of workmen, act or omission of any governmental authority or of Purchaser, compliance with import or export regulations, insurrection or riot, embargo, delays or shortages in transportation, or inability to obtain necessary engineering talent, labor, materials, or manufacturing facilities from usual sources.

 

In the event of delay due to any such cause, the date of delivery will be postponed by such length of time as may be reasonably necessary to compensate for the delay, L/C amendment and charges will be purchaser responsibility.

 

Access

Seller and its affiliates will require access to all road ways , bridges and overpasses from port of entry to the designated power plant  site.   Pricing in this proposal does not include any unforeseen modifications or alterations to roadways, bridges , overpasses or any other obstruction that would prevent access from the port of entry to the power plant site  and includes the designated natural gas supply lines for this  plant. 

 

Natural Gas Supply and Compression

This proposal does not include any modifications or compressors  to the existing natural gas supply lines.  This proposal does not include any treatment or polishing of the designated natural gas supply.  A comprehensive gas analysis will be required to determine any modifications and/or additions to the gas supply and the gas supply lines to the proposed site.

 

Specification and photos are not contractual and are subject to verification upon inspection
