2. Ballistic Specifications
2.1 Opaque Vertical Armor Level: Euro Norm CEN 1063 B6+
The driver compartment vertical opaque armor was tested to
defeat three hits, each one being fired on the apex of an
equilateral triangle as specified.
2.2 Opaque Ceiling Armor Level: Euro Norm CEN 1063 B6+
The ceiling armor was tested to defeat three hits, each
being fired on the apex of an equilateral triangle as
specified.
2.3 Opaque Firewall Armor Level: Euro Norm CEN 1063 B6+
The upper firewall vertical opaque armor was tested to
defeat three hits, each one being fired on the apex of an
equilateral triangle as specified.
2.4 Transparent Armor Level: Euro Norm CEN 1063 B6+
The driver and crew compartment vertical transparent armor
was tested to defeat one hit*, being fired on the center of
an equilateral triangle as specified.
Quality Statement: Manufacture records and maintains full armor material traceability. All testing of armor plate, transparencies and composites is conducted in accordance with manufacture Quality Control Standards. Manufacture tests at a range of 5 metres, using factory ammunition that has been weighed prior to firing to ensure that it meets the required norms. The bullet is fired electronically through a military quality barrel with the projectile passing through a chronograph beam to ensure that it meets the requirements of the ballistic testing standards. The armor testing samples are maintained at an ambient temperature for 24 hours prior to testing. Samples are removed from each mill lot of armor plate prior to installation on a client’s vehicle and are tested in accordance with the established norms. Upon satisfactory testing, a certificate of quality is issued for each sheet. Armored glass is purchased from various glass manufacturers. Random glass samples meeting various ballistic levels are continuously provided to manufacture and are certified according to manufacture’s Quality Control Standards. The samples are tested and the laminate process is noted and certified by the manufacture as conforming to the required ballistic standards. Glass to be installed in a client’s vehicle is inspected upon receipt and is compared to the test samples for confirmation of both lay up and the zebra test which ensures the optical clarity of the glass. After confirmation of conformity, the client’s glass is certified that it meets manufacture’s Quality Standards.
License: Manufacture is licensed by the Florida Department of Safety and Motor Vehicle as a manufacturer of motor vehicles under license № MV10129, Florida statute № 320.60-320.70. Manufacture is incorporated and chartered under the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, under registration № 1249420. manufacture is registered under registration №010255 by the Canadian government to deal with Control Goods in accordance with the Defence Production Act and the Control Goods Regulations. Be advised that some products produced by the manufacture require an «End User Certificate» and Export Control Permit. Manufacture is incorporated and licensed by the Republic of Malta as a manufacturer of special and armoured vehicles.
3. Materials

4. Armored Areas 4.1 Glass Original OEM glass will be removed and replaced with flat, ballistic glass urethaned and installed in BCFMAT frames in the following areas:
4.1.1 Driver door window frame, set into original window opening. 4.1.2 Passenger kerb side front door window frame, set into original window opening. 4.1.3 Passenger door street side rear window, one piece, set into original window opening. 4.1.4 Passenger door kerb side rear window, one piece, set into original window opening.
4.1.6 Street side barn door glass set into OEM opening. 4.1.7 Kerb side barn door glass set into OEM opening. 4.1.8 Street side rear window set into OEM opening. 4.1.9 Kerb side rear window set into OEM opening.
4.2 Body (Interior)
Vertical armor in passenger compartment –overlaid with original trim, needle punch carpeting or acoustic vinyl located at:

4.3 Roof
Roof area – Aramid with head liner including customized fabric components
Note: With Aramid the roof area of the vehicle will provide protection against .44 Magnum.
4.4 Floor
The mine shield will defeat blast and fragmentation of one M26 anti-personnel grenade or 2 kg TNT or other pressure initiated device. Testing: The mine shield explosive test was undertaken with a standing device being placed on a sand surface, underneath the front kerb side wheel of the vehicle, with the vehicle being stationary. 5. Vehicle Structural & Pillar Reinforcement 5.1 Reinforcement of load bearing pillars, for hinge installation, between hinge, frame and armor plate 5.2 Door retainers installed on all doors - 3,200kg nylon straps encased in concertina leather covers
5.3 Reinforced hinges attached all doors, with steel interior door reinforcement plates fastened with N1 8 hardened steel bolts, which allow for door adjustment as necessary
5.4 Framing to mount slewing ring.
