Warranty:

Warrants that the gensets will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment or

1000 hours, whichever comes first. If the product proves defective during the warranty period, manufacturer, at its option, will:

( 1) repair the product by means of telephone support or depot service at no charge for parts or labor,

( 2) replace the product with a comparable product which may be new or refurbished or,

( 3) refund the amount paid for the product, less a reasonable allowance for usage, upon its return.

This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using the product as recommended by the manufacturer. The warranty does no cover loss or theft, nor does coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage conditions, lightening, or natural disasters. The warranty does not cover parts that are subject to normal wear and tear replacement requirements, such as oil filter element, air cleaner, fan belt, etc.
